My Students
My students are eager learners. I teach 2nd. They love exploring new things and reading to comprehend the story. I read to them in the morning, and afterward they take an AR reading test.
My students are eager to learn new things.
The computers take them into a new space in time of learning. This molds the learning. I feel as their first teacher we should prepare them to the best of our ability.
We're a Title I school in the inner city of Jackson, MS.
My Project
My students are eager readers. We read books every morning before the first bell rings. We're in a school with Pre-K to 5th grade and my student have been top readers in the school since August.
We have read every book in the classroom now we are seeking
other books to farther our imagination. My main focus is to teach them the different genre of reading.
They get excited when they master the test on the books we read. I am excited that they enjoy reading so much. The books would be a great part of our morning and learning process.
