My Project

I am very passionate about creating a love for reading. I believe it is important for children to interact daily with books through the use of a classroom library.

Research shows that "the more contact children have with books, the better readers they become." My goal is to have hundreds of goods books to read to help them become strong, successful readers.

Educators everywhere know that readers learn to read by reading. To help attract and hold children's interests, our classroom library must be stocked with many good books. This reading cart, as well as some brand new books to fill it with, will be a great start in making that happen.
