My Project

Reading is the foundation to succeed in any career a student chooses. To succeed at reading, you must practice foundational reading skills. With that being said, within my classroom, I have students read from various books to build on those skills. I have a wide range of reading abilities within my classroom.

Each chapter book that I have selected matches the reading levels that are displayed within my classroom.

Students will then be placed in "Book Clubs", where we read a chapter, discuss what we read, and then complete an assignment over that chapter.

Your participation in this will help my students become great readers and create a foundation for a desire to continue discovering all that reading has to offer.
