My Project

I have worked in a few different elementary schools since covid, and there are noticeable academic and social learning gaps. While we have interventions in place, I want to have some academic games on hand that kids can play during free time (like indoor recess) that will reinforce reading skills, but also build social skills. Students have a high need for more skills and self-regulation. Playing games and practicing interacting positively is a great way to build that, as well as sportsmanship, and a bonus to have the games based in academic skills.
