This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Every year we strive to have successful, high attendance family events in the evening. This year we had an amazing Dr. Seuss literacy night and want to start planning an working towards our next Dr. Seuss literacy night!
Most kids really love reading, but most of them just don't have books at home.
Our goal is to provide students with literacy activities and books to have at home. These supplies will help provide towards both of those goals.
As they attend each literacy event we strive to build their at home library to keep them reading as much as possible!
