We will use these items to create problems for students to solve using team work, creative thinking and standards we have learned or that we are currently learning. For example, word problems that require 2 or more steps to find the final solution to a problem which would open the combination lock. As students solve the problems or riddles they will unlock boxes to find clues for more problems until they get to the final box and "escape". Escape Classroom will be an engaging, fun and motivational activity for small groups of students to work together. Team work will be key which helps in building character and being able to problem solve.
