This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are working hard to help students find books that are meaningful to them. With the ink, I will be able to print decodable books for my students to enjoy that are at their skill level. We also need another comfy chair in our library.

I love that my students are finding joy in reading.

I want to cultivate that by creating a space conducive to cozying up with books. The small groups that I work with are below grade level and an environment like this will make reading more engaging for my students.
