My Students
We can do virtually anything! My students face many challenges. One of the biggest challenges my students face today is, virtual learning. My class consist of 20 students.
Most of my students receive free or reduced-priced lunch and come from homes in which their native language is not English.
However, every morning, my students log onto our zoom class ready to overcome these challenges. Believing that they can do virtually anything!
My Project
Virtual learning is a challenge for both teachers and students. My students have worked hard these few months; writing, reading, making and becoming ready for Kindergarten. However, a lot of my students' homes are not equip with the supplies they need.
One of my students told me she ran out of paper to complete her assignments.
It truly broke my heart. When I asked the rest of the class if they had paper, a parent spoke up and said they also run out of paper. I don't believe that any student should have to learn to read and write without paper, composition books and/or pencils. Those are the basic supplies that every student should have. Please help my students get everything they need to succeed.
