My Project

Classroom library time is when students can lose themselves in a book of their choosing. Although children have access to all manner of technology, if there is a time during each day when everyone is reading a high-interest book, reading becomes a communal exercise. Fifteen minutes a day of reading makes a difference in the literacy levels of scholars.

Representation matters, here are books that are curated for the students that I teach.

Scholars will have a wide range of topics, fiction and non-fiction depending on their interests.
