My Project

My second graders are curious, kind, and full of excitement for learning. I love how they eagerly share their ideas, ask thoughtful questions, and support one another as they grow.

Access to Scholastic News will make an immediate impact by providing consistent, engaging nonfiction texts that strengthen literacy skills.

Students will build reading comprehension, expand vocabulary, and practice using text evidence in their writing—an area they are continuing to develop.

The goal of this project is to grow confident, independent readers while nurturing their natural curiosity and love of learning.
