Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I come from a very diverse school with many different culture and students with many ideas. At times students do not understand where people are from or the many rich cultural ideas that they bring to our school.

Our rich English Language Learners population of students come from a variety countries and do not at time understand the American culture.

By allowing students to read books that bring many ideas and teaching conversations into the class room, the cultural divide may ease new comers awareness and being to understand their new country.

Having books of interest in my class room will also raise the interest for reading and give students a variety of books to choose from.
