My Project

My students are very interested in learning anything and everything about the Earth, but are struggling readers. Having access to leveled books that are high interest is essential to getting reluctant and struggling readers to attempt and continue reading.

When they have access to interesting books that peaks their interest, they are more likely to try their best in decoding the words which helps with reading fluency and comprehension.

We will add these books to our growing classroom library. We will use the whiteboards to write and draw stories about what we've learned and we'll use the dry erase pockets and mesh bags to organize and keep our materials clean so other students can reuse it for years to come. Please help us get these materials for our class!
