My eighth-grade mathematics classroom consists of 80 students. Each of these students will demonstrate on the first day of school their eagerness to learn. Some of them come from single-parent homes, and others are being raised by other family members. My class is a multicultural class, meaning that various nationalities are represented.
As stated previously I facilitate knowledge to 80 students from various backgrounds, including one student from Africa, eight students of Hispanic background, and one student from China.
In an effort to provide all students the best possible learning experience, they will be taught in some instances in a different language.
The Samsung tablet will help the students to receive Rapid Responses to their questions of concern as they learn and labor to excel in mathematics 8. As I facilitate knowledge to students of various learning abilities, some require more guided instruction than others.
I seek to teach all students, implementing this technology in our learning environment would assist those students working independently.
Rapid Response allows a line of communication between the learner and the knowledge facilitator. The students work hard to gain knowledge and understanding of 8th-grade math skills to earn good grades, mastery on state assessment and advancement in preparation for high school mathematics courses.
