My Project

These garden beds will allow students to learn more about the world we live in. Students will use the raised garden beds to learn more about plants, their needs and their interactions with other species in their environment.

Students will be able to make connections among different ecosystems, learn about pollination and even learn how to grow and harvest food.

Students will be engaged in STEAM based activites that are inclusive of multiple content areas! Most importantly, students will have the opportunity to participate in learning outside of the classroom, which will also support positive mental health. All the skills learned implementing the "Raising the Bar" of Outdoor Learning reflect real-world experiences that will help prepare students for future success.
