Your generosity has provided my students with wonderful new books, including the Wings of Fire series, that they have been so excited to read. These books will help students strengthen important reading skills such as comprehension, making predictions, analyzing characters, expanding vocabulary, and discussing what they read with their classmates. Your kindness is giving my students opportunities to grow as readers while discovering stories they truly enjoy.\r\n\r\nReading is one of the best parts of our day. Whether we are reading together as a class, working in small groups, or enjoying independent reading time, my students love sharing their thoughts, asking questions, and recommending books to one another. The new books have brought fresh excitement to our classroom library, and it has been wonderful to watch students eagerly choose a new story and become completely immersed in reading.\r\n\r\nYour support extends far beyond the books themselves. Many of my students have already gravitated toward the Wings of Fire series, eagerly discussing their favorite dragons and encouraging friends to read the next book. Along with the classroom essentials you provided, like Expo markers, snacks, and water bottles, you have helped create a classroom where students feel prepared, cared for, and excited to learn each day. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in my students and investing in their success. Your generosity will make a difference every single day.","fullyFundedDate":1772991664630,"projectUrl":"project/essentials-and-a-brighter-space/10116050/","projectTitle":"Essentials and a Brighter Space","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Kozma","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-7_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10049913"},{"teacherId":539693,"projectId":9502617,"letterContent":"Students have loved all these wonderful, new items that make our classroom bright and welcoming. \r\n\r\nThe seat pockets have been an amazing way for us to keep our notebooks, folders and other essential learning tools organized. The colors help create a warming and calming environment where students engage in being accountable and responsible for their learning. The command strips have allowed for us to hang different inspirational art, anchor charts and pictures that encourge us to keep dreaming big, believing that we can do hard things and inspire us to share our thinking with others. \r\n\r\nThe lamp and neon sign make our room inviting and keep our room well lit, so we can rely on warm lighting, paired with natural sunlight instead of overly bright fluroscents.
