Help me give my students uniforms and additional supplies for running their coffee cart.

My Students

The students in my class have a wide variety of skills and abilities. I have students who are still learning to communicate in a way that is functional for them (maybe learning to use an app to speak their words) while others are learning to leave some of their thoughts unspoken.

My students make me smile EVERY day!

Even though they are at a variety of levels, they have built an amazing community. I often hear students encouraging our students who do not speak much to join in a conversation by giving them things to say. They do not leave anyone out!

My Project

My students are beginning to deliver coffee to the teachers in our school. They are gaining valuable adaptive, vocational, and social skills throughout this process. The project has been so popular at our school that we are going to need more cups and lids (and a few other supplies) sooner rather than later. After this round, we hope to take teacher donations to keep the coffee cart running. Being in the beginning stages, we have not yet collected the donations needed to keep it running.

We would also like to have uniforms for our students to wear while they deliver coffee.

We have designed a logo for our coffee cart, but we need aprons to put the logo on. I hope you will consider donating to help expand this amazing project that has energized my students and gotten them excited about working!
