My Students

Sixth graders are such a fun and unique group. They want to be challenged, yet they are still wanting to stay young. They want to be the oldest in the school and independent, but also wanting to stay young and innocent. We are always looking for new ways to be innovative and spark creativity and intrigue in the classroom.

Students are wanting to have an artistic way of showing their learning in the classroom.

This will give them a unique way to show their learning.

My Project

We want to make reading, engaging and fun. With the use of neon, blacklight flashlights and games we can create a unique opportunity to Read on with Neon!

Using neon highlighters, tape, glow sticks, glasses and hats, will create an engaging experience for all subjects.

The students will highlight passages in their reading text, play games with the neon tape, make escape rooms and create a space where learning is truly fun.

Read on with Neon will facilitate collaboration with students. Students will be engaged in the core in a unique and fun learning way. We are excited to get started and make this happen for our students.
