My Project

The materials for this project will be utilized for my new middle school elective course, R & R (Read and Relax) and for my 8th grade English class! The R & R elective will offer the students extra time to read in our reading area, outside, the courtyard, and other cozy places! Students will be given time to not only read, but create book trailers and book advertisements to send out or display around our middle school to entice other students to read these books as well!

The variety of genres and levels will excite students of all abilities and ages in our middle school!

Students will be able to check out these books right in the classroom rather than going to the library. These books will give them a variety of choices and genres right at their fingertips!
