This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A quiet time privacy cube will allow students to have a place to become aware of their own emotions. They will learn how to identify their emotions so they can better regulate them. The quiet time privacy cube will provide a safe space for students to process these emotions in a vulnerable state without distraction or judgment.

Students will benefit so much by having a space designed to support them emotionally and physically help them feel safe and comfortable, allowing them to let down their guard to process different feelings.
