Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project is to help my students that need that extra time to calm down, and time to refocus. This will serve as our new calm down corner instead of the current desk we are using. These items will help me create an area for them. The basket will be used to store pillows they can use, along with fidget spinners and magnetic tiles.

You will also see a globe as many of my students are curious about the world around us.

Many of my students have been asking questions about where places are located and when I showed them a globe on the internet they became very interested.
