My Students

I have a great set of students and athletes who want to continue to improve personally, physically, and athletically. They are hard workers and I am trying to provide them with the best possible tools to improve, and continue to get better.

I teach students and athletes who are grades 10-12 and am doing my best to prepare them for life post high school.

One way I am doing this is by teaching them ways to stay physically active. They have the will, now we are working on the means.

With the pandemic they sometimes have to quarantine and I would love the ability to equip them with a few simple things like a jump rope and resistance band to help them continue their fitness while at home. This will help them stay happy and healthy, especially for those who do not have access to any fitness equipment.

My Project

Because of COVID-19 many students have to be quarantined at home. This project would allow us to send home a jump rope and resistance band so that they could use it to stay physically active. Not only will this help them physically, but it will also greatly contribute to their mental and emotional health.

Many students do not have access to workout equipment and this is a way they can do something to help themselves and it doesn't require a lot of space, nor would they be exposed to other people.
