Because of COVID-19 many students have to be quarantined at home. This project would allow us to send home a jump rope and resistance band so that they could use it to stay physically active. Not only will this help them physically, but it will also greatly contribute to their mental and emotional health. Many students do not have access to workout equipment and this is a way they can do something to help themselves and it doesn't require a lot of space, nor would they be exposed to other people.

About my class
