Puppets in Kindergarten

My students need I am hoping to obtain a puppet theater along with a variety of puppets for my kindergarten students to play with.

My Students

As a teacher in a Title I school, I am looking to create new and engaging opportunities for all of my students. In kindergarten, students are excited to play in new and exciting ways!

I love to see the students get excited to learn within the classroom.

My students do not all have access to a variety of play experiences, due to being in lower-income homes, so they are often excited to play together and create. Their creativity and ingenuity come to life!

My Project

I am hoping to obtain a puppet theater along with a variety of puppets for my kindergarten students to play with.

I would love for my students to learn to create shows for each other and perform for the class.

With a variety of puppets, students can create fictional, fantasy, and realistic plays during their free choice and discovery time.

I cannot wait to see how their eyes light up as they work together to entertain each other and the class as a whole! Please consider encouraging these students in the area of the arts, as one day they may become our future entertainers!
