This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students have special needs in which they need to move around a lot, and can't sit still. Having comfortable chairs is a great way for them to feel more relaxed while paying attention to the lesson of the day. Our students' chairs are very hard and uncomfortable. If the students have comfortable places to sit down they are more apt to pay attention. They won't get up every 10 minutes complaining of how uncomfortable they are at their desks.
