My Project

This team is comprised of swimmers from low socioeconomic backgrounds, who, on a good day, don't always get three meals a day. On top of that, swimming requires a massive amount of energy. This high energy expenditure requires that swimmers replenish the nutrients lost during practices and lengthy swim meets.

Competitive swimmers can burn up to 2,500 calories in the course of two hours, depending on the intensity of the practice or meet!

Help me give my students the high-protein KIND snack bars that they require after swim team practices and meets!

Please help fuel this swim team's performances and provide them with every possible protein-packed opportunity to demonstrate personal growth and a winning attitude!
