This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
Ninety-eight percent of the students have low socioeconomics background. They either eat free or reduced meals. Very few students are from homes that can purchase their own technology to use for school work. Maybe 1-10 students can bring it to school.
My students are excellent math students.
I think their future will entail mathematicians, engineers, computer scientists, doctors, and lawyers. They are very bright, and does their very best to exceed any task that I give them. They all have a very promising future.
My Project
Having technology is so important in today’s classroom. In a high school math classroom, it’s extremely important and needed to carry out for STEM. IPads are frequently used in my classroom. I was not able to get enough funds to put cases on all of the IPads. I would really like to protect the IPads so that they could be used for more than one school term. Without the cases, the students are afraid of accidentally dropping, scratching, or damaging the IPads. The students will be more focused on doing the interactive assignments with the case on. The students and I will be so appreciative.
