Help me give my students wonderful, fun, and engaging resources purchased with a Teachers Pay Teachers gift card and a laminating machine to protect the printed resources.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
Located in a neighborhood where a large amount of students walk to school from a public housing complex, our school is a Title I school. My wonderful students are from varied economic backgrounds and family dynamics. Some of the students receive special services, some are raised by grandparents, and some need extra love and care. All of my students receive free breakfast and lunch through the National School Lunch Program, and they all deserve a safe learning environment.
My wonderful, flexible, and multi-tiered group of students are adapting to virtual learning and deserve to have engaging activities to enhance their learning experience.
My Project
Teachers Pay Teachers is the go-to site for fun, engaging, and educational activities and resources that I could use to broaden my students' educational experience during a pandemic and always. I will use the Teachers Pay Teachers gift card to purchase resources that can be used in the school-based classroom as well as the virtual classroom. The laminating machine will be used to preserve the great resources.
Laminating not only preserves the life of the wonderful resources purchased from Teachers Pay Teachers, but it makes it easier to safely sanitize them after the students use them.
