My Students

My students are what makes teaching worthwhile! They bring so much life and joy into my classroom. All of them come to me with different abilities, backgrounds and strengths. They face challenges and know how to be brave and work hard. They learn how to be more kind and have fun, too! They gain more responsibility and resourcefulness in my classroom as they allow me to challenge them and meet my expectations. I am excited to be part of the adventures with them that await throughout the upcoming school year.

My Project

Have you ever put a great amount of time and effort into an art project, only to have it worn-down or ruined? Year after year I have seen my students work so hard on beautiful projects that end up getting torn or damaged just from being used and displayed.

Help them preserve their work!

With a small, classroom laminator this problem can be solved! Their art work, their poetry, their certificates and other things they are proud of can be kept safer for a longer amount of time.

In addition to preserving their work, this would also be helpful in our classroom to help keep my students engaged in learning. As their teacher, I will be able to protect more of our visual aids like maps, pictures, and flashcards that can be reused, instead of always needing new supplies to make more when they've worn out.

This project would benefit my students and I in so many different ways and we hope you consider helping us out!
