Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Oftentimes, students with undesirable behavior obtain the most attention whereas, students that make positive decisions consistently are overlooked.

In an effort to reward students for their positive behaviors, I would utilize these items to incentivize them for their hard work and positive behavior inside and outside of the classroom.

The goal is to garner support from various donors to provide incentives to students. These incentives will be in conjunction with RTI2-B implementation and promoting literacy.

Our students are deserving of support just as much as any other students. They work diligently daily to meet expectations with not only their behavior, but with academics as well. It is my goal to continue to push them toward excellence.
