Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I absolutely love to get my students excited about reading. My students need access to an updated classroom library so that they can get excited about reading time, book projects, and sharing recommendations amongst each other.
Additionally, my students have such varied interests and tastes and I want to be able to recommend books that correspond to their passions as well as introducing new genres, writing styles, and diverse authors and characters.
These books include a variety of mystery, biography, science fiction, and more! I truly believe that there is a book out there for each and every student that will unlock their love for reading!
