Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our pathways to college program encourages students to build an event that shows they can be leaders. They are to perform volunteer hours as well. They are helping set up a prom event for their fellow students. They need assistance in getting decorations for their event.

We ask for the learning community to help assist us in this show of leadership as well as help our full 8th grade class build on their social skills.

This social-emotional learning lesson of building oneself into a leader will allow students an opening into the real world of careers. Please help us foster this learning by assisting the students with the items they will need.
