Projecting Brighter and More Dynamic Lessons

My Students

I teach English as a Second Language at the high school level.

My students are all relatively new to the United States and are learning how to speak English while also adjusting to a variety of new life experiences.

For some of my students, this is the first time they have attended a formal high school. Some of my students learn how to use basic vocabulary, short phrases, and simple sentences in English. Others are ready to tackle more complex texts with support!

My Project

I use my projector in my classroom in countless ways. A few of the primary uses include broadcasting presentations and sharing videos. The projector that I currently have is over 15 years old. The picture quality is not excellent, and the projector is starting to overheat and fail almost weekly. With a new, high-quality projector, I will share learning materials with my students clearly and efficiently. Our school is now a one-to-one school, and each student has a laptop. With this new projector, students will connect their laptops and share presentations with the class.
