The students at our school are a diverse cross-section of different racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our school also services one of the highest percentage of Special Education students in the state of Connecticut.
The students that this project will benefit vary in many ways but in this classroom they are all accepted and encouraged to be who they are in the fullest sense.
The students at our school tend to reject many of the labels society wants to put on certain people and groups. This is what made me fall in love with this district and pledge my career to servicing the students in this town.
The students in my classroom cannot see the projector in my room because there is no projector screen to use. The area where the projector hits is dirty and reflective so the screen doesn't show up in my room.
This project when fully funded would allow for the students to see the projector in my room during digital presentations and video viewing.
This will help students have access to quality video and digital information while in my classroom.
Please consider donating to this project because it will be greatly appreciated by me and all the students that come into my class.
