Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our school strives for excellence and to find the leader in every student. Every child has unique abilities, talents, and strengths; sometimes, all it takes is exposure or motivation. The students in my class are exceptional young people. They all inherently care about one another and continually make an effort to improve in all aspects.

My class consists of 20 amazing students.

Of those 20, 17 are English learners, 3 receive resource services, and one is in speech. They all have a "power of yet" attitude and do their personal best to contribute to our classroom community.

My Project

My students must keep up with the latest advancements in education to spark an interest in learning. Education is changing every single day, and so are the interests of my students. Students in my classroom like to see their lessons come to life through use of the computer. In order to do this, we need a projection screen to have a place to project those lessons. Right now their lessons are projected onto a wall which makes it hard to see and difficult for them to maintain interest.

Students who want to learn but struggle to pay attention need the right tools to keep them interested.

Visuals always help with that facet of their education.

Help me help them stay focused on their lessons as they strive to be the best they can possibly be.
