My Project

The goal of students in my class is to try to solve community problems using technology. They love to try to make and build things to solve these problems. The items requested will help take the solutions they can build to the next level as they program their Arduino, an open-source electronic prototyping platform enabling users to create interactive electronic objects. The starter kit will allow students to solve problems by detecting motion, light, sound, heat, moisture, and pressure to activate lights, motors, and display screens.

Sensors and motors are hard to find but are one of the most important parts of taking the problem-solving process from just an idea to something in the real world.

These products will help with projects the help with safety on stairs, opening doors, and alerting people to the needs of others.
