Time is very valuable, so I am always thoughtful when planning lessons for the children I teach. Class time is allocated for teaching curriculum, covering standards, and assessing.
Students get very little unstructured time throughout the school day, and when they do, it is my dream to provide opportunities for problem-solving and creativity through play.
Please help me start a collection of simple strategy games that will allow my students to develop social/emotional skills, along with improving their understanding of the natural world. Games for my STEM room would impact students this year and in years to come.
