This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

First graders are amazing! I teach at a Title I school in Michigan. Our students are economically and culturally diverse. Their academic needs vary greatly. They work hard every day. They are learning to be caring thinkers.

My students are eager learners!

They are inquisitive active learners. My students have been very busy learning to read, write, add, and subtract. They learn best through engaging learning experiences. They are our future and I want to do everything that I can to provide what we need for an excellent learning environment.

My Project

We received several math manipulatives to use for problem solving. We need a work space where students can access the manipulatives they need and can document their group work over time. The requested Premium Royal Inspiration Station solves this problem. It has removable bins for math supplies. There are several whiteboards for students to document their thinking. There is a pocket chart holder for questions and math sorts.

This work station will provide a collaborative work space where students can solve problems.

This new work space will allow us to create a more collaborative learning environment in our classroom. Student groups will have everything they need to solve math problems.
