Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I teach a special day class that is filled with awesome students who love learning and coming to school every day. My students are always seeking a challenge and enjoy the feeling of success when completing a task or an assignment. I enjoy being an educator and helping shape the minds and hearts of our future leaders. The learning process is an enjoyable task for my students. My students enjoy the challenge on a daily basis.

My students are happy, motivated, and awesome children who love doing their best on any given task.

Our school is a beautiful campus that has a welcoming environment for all students, parents, teachers, and staff.

My Project

My students will use the skittles, cheez it, fruit snacks, and M&Ms as treats and snacks for our Token Economy system. They will be earning bucks for completing homework, positive behavior, and work completion. The snacks will be used while learning multiple Common Core State Standards such as Reading, Writing, and Mathematics. My students will be learning narrative writing, as well as opinion wiring genres while earning the treats requested in this project. The treats will be used on a daily basis in our classroom. My current and future students will benefit from all of the materials requested in this project.
