My class absolutely loved the inflatable donuts/round flexible seating. They use it daily and everyone wants a turn! So I've had to implement a way to give everyone a chance due to it being such a popular item to use throughout the day. The flowers are also very useful and provide the necessary cushion for seating in our library as well as student use at their desks. \r\n\r\nI can honestly say that the books have all been read as I have students that wanted to see these titles and are interested in learning more about their own cultures as well as models for them to look up to. \r\n\r\nThe materials have made such a positive impact for our classroom library that I cannot emphasize enough how my students have enjoyed spending time in the library during their reading groups. I also have them bring them to the back during small group instruction. It has been most effective in providing extra support for students that need it to refocus.","fullyFundedDate":1732311425209,"projectUrl":"project/keep-the-love-of-reading-alive-and-comfy/8515131/","projectTitle":"Keep the LOVE of Reading Alive and Comfy","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Zaragoza","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7211868_orig.jpg?crop=480,480,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1663774253901","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/zaragoza"},{"teacherId":9605056,"projectId":8645551,"letterContent":"We truly appreciate your generosity! By helping fund this project you have allowed students to keep devices stored and fully charged in our classroom. We faced challenges with our Chromebooks during the beginning of the year, as we did not have proper space to charge them or store them. We would stack them in a corner in the back of the room, hoping they would not get damaged. We did not have enough outlets in our room, therefore we would have to charge them by taking turns, alternating the days we would charge them. \r\n\r\nYour donation, has helped us gain a Chromebook cart. Students now have designated slots, and chargers in the cart. We are able to keep our Chromebooks in the cart, neatly stored, while they charge, ALL OF THEM AT THE SAME TIME! This has helped save both time and space. Every student now has access to their fully charged device on a daily basis. \r\n\r\nThank you for contributing to our class. This project is providing all of my students the opportunity to use technology and learn on a daily basis. My scholars and I truly appreciate it.
