This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The kids are loving the prize box! The snacks are a huge hit. The kids love the takis and m&m cookies. The kids are so motivated by the prize box and the prizes are running out fast!

The prize box is an incentive for students to maintain a positive environment in the classroom and learn skills such as teamwork, meeting deadlines and respecting the classroom.

Every 5 positive points means they can choose a prize from the prize box. Students love racing to choose the prize they want first. This motivator has changed the classroom atmosphere for the better.
