Help me give my students a color printer for their activity sheets and for printing their digital work.

My Project

We have to print our own math homework and literacy homework. Our district-provided workbooks do not include the homework components. My students want the opportunity to practice the concepts that we learn in school each day, at home, with their grown ups. We also have district-mandated writing assignments that we complete quarterly. My kids have been inquiring about the opportunity to type and print their writing assignments.

We could use a color printer.

Our printable homework pages are in color and the color often adds to understanding. Our school does not possess a color printer. While a printer would not take the place of manuscript writing projects in first grade, the opportunity to type and print masterpieces after they are hand-written would certainly be a motivator for actively participating in the writing process.
