Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In 4th grade we have three big PBL projects where students get to collaborate with one another or work independently while doing their own learning.

A colored printer would be useful for the students to use for their PBL final projects.

One of our projects focused on the environment and how plastic use effects our planet. For this project they have the choice to print in black and white which is very boring. If we had a printer in our class, we could use it to print quick everyday activities, students could use it for their independent projects to add some color, bulletin boards, etc.

I think the mini printer would be awesome for our class to use in a way to reflect on our past work. Students are very eager to take their work home which means our bulletin boards are looking empty. With this small printer I can take photos of their work and have much more space to put up a variety of student work.

We would use the rolling cart to create a printing station for the students with all the materials they need in the one area. The drawers would hold printing paper, extra ink, and the small printer materials as well.
