This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My busy preschoolers are working on their functional play skills at school! They are in need of pretend cut-up fruit and baskets to store their pretend food in! We are also in need of kid sized furniture to make this center more appealing and interesting. My goal is to make each learning center engaging in order for my students to learn critical play skills in order to move on to a least restrictive environment. By creating this rich learning environment my students will have the necessary skills to play with typically developing peers.
