My Project

My students love pretend play. They love to go to the dramatic play center and be transported to a different place. Their creativity amazes me and I love to see them playing and interacting with each other.

A dramatic play area helps to build imagination, foster creativity and assist in cooperative learning.

The materials used from this grant will help create a camping center, a pizza restaurant and a veterinary office for the kids to have pretend play. These dramatic play areas will correlate with our curriculum and extend the learning of the students.

My students deserve to have great experiences. I want to help provide them with real life opportunities to recreate a pretend play area that can mimic places they see in real life.
