Help me give my students a variety of items such as highlighters, material organizers and items that will help me have everything needed in the classroom.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Dear donors, the new school year is fast approaching and I want to get ready to begin the year strong.
The items included in this project will allow my students and I to have a smooth year by having everything we need to learn and feel safe and comfortable in the classroom.
I have included items such as highlighters and small table organizers where students will place different materials that will be needed for instruction such as pencils, erasers, scissors and white board markers. I also included items that will allow me to keep the classroom clean such as table wipes, Bounty rolls, soap and Fabuloso to keep the floors clean and always smelling fresh. A few items like the paint, live snake plant, lamp, paint roller and cart organizer will allow my students to have a beautiful classroom and a place to organize and keep their work.
I also included disposable items such as plates, napkins, spoons and cups which are often needed for small events that happened in the classroom such as small birthday celebrations. I also included a few items such as transfer paper and vinyl to create shirt that were previously donated. I also included small lamps, power strip outlets and neon signs that will motivate students to read and feel a welcoming environment.
