My Project
My prekindergarten class is in need of books that they can read with the help of cds. Honestly we do have programs on an iPad that has the books read to them. Having a real book in their hands to turn the pages while they listen and look at the words in print will encourage them to chose books that they enjoy reading.
Sometimes I have observed students just not following along on the iPad . I believe that having a real book in their hands will help them to become independent readers.
