  • Love Each Other

    Thank you for helping our students. They were able to practice speaking and visiting every classroom and office in the school building.

    The children all helped make Valentines Day treats for the students in the school. As well as treats to take home.

    Having my students work on socialization is extremely important. The Prek students are in the beginning of the year very quiet and since it is a new program for them they struggle to remember all of the staffs names.

  • Clean Up Time

    Thank you so much for supporting my Prekindergarten class room. All of my students were so thrilled to see all of the cleaning supplies you gifted to our classroom.

    They have been using all of the materials to keep our classroom clean. They are working together to wipe down any mess that is made in our classroom. They are learning to keep all of our supplies in order.

    It is amazing how they are taking control of cleaning and organizing the materials.

  • Reading Is Fun for Everyone

    I would like to give a big Thank your to all of the donors that helped my class receive this gift. Having age appropriate books in my classroom has made a positive change in my students lives. They come into class asking for a new book to read almost everyday.

    The books have made reading fun for my students. They are reading to each other in the classroom. Parents have been borrowing the books to use at home with their children.

These books will continue to enhance the print-rich classroom that I strive to create. Every student book that is placed in my library is treated with love and care, and they are thankful for the opportunities to read. All of these books have been chosen with my students in mind-I have watched them the past few weeks of school read titles just like these, and I have also asked them what type of books they would enjoy reading. This year however I found out we are not allowed to use class rugs do to covid. I am asking for a large screen television so all is the students will be able see the read alouds when I connect it to my laptop. The students in this classroom do not have a smart board at all. The cost of installing a smart board is not able to be purchased through the school budget this year.
