We are always looking to incorporate hands on, independent activities in our classroom. This project will provide Math tools for the students to use in the classroom both during small group time.
The supplies in this project will provide students with the opportunity to work together independent of the teacher and problem solve through their learning.
The number puzzles will give them a tool to see our written numerals while still having the opportunity to self-correct their work. The cash register will provide the dramatic play center with tools that will help them in both problem solving, number work, and independent play.
