The students are able to be independent in their learning time with all of the necessary supplies at their finger tips.\r\n By having this table, I have found that I am able to put more invovled art projects into center time because I can place all necessary art supplies right at the table for the students. This also makes easy clean up for us as the teachers because they don't need to be taken out and put away every day. \r\n My students have been able to be more creative in both writing and art because they have more time to work and less clean up time afterwards. \r\n Thank you for supplying our classroom with this writing/art table! This project has given my students supplies that help enhance their learning during center time.\r\n By having two more wobble chairs, I am able to have a total of 4 at my listening center. This gives all of my students the opportunity to have a wobble chair and decreases the amount of arguements when choosing a seat in this center. It also helps keep their little bodies busy as they are listening to stories and songs which decreases the amount of distraction that occurs at this center.\r\n The sensory paint is perfect when I am working on small groups and helping students use the proper writing steps in a new and unique way.\r\n The shatter proof mirrors are something we use every week multiple times a week. It allows the students to see their mouths when making the sounds associated with each letter. For those students who struggle with producing the correct sound, I am able to redirect them with these mirrors so they can try to place their mouth in the same manner my mouth is placed. This is a super helpful tool because students can use this tool and phsycially change their mouths when they can see what they are doing wrong.\r\n The tempera painters are a fun way to be creative at our easel center.\r\n Thank you again for being so generous!","fullyFundedDate":1704223806701,"projectUrl":"project/engaging-center-time/8034460/","projectTitle":"Engaging Center Time","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Schultz","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp1085646_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1472749523630","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/mschultz"},{"teacherId":1085646,"projectId":7336563,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for donating to my project to help enhance our center time. The students have loved all the new additions to our Dramatic Play Center. The smiles and squeals when I first showed them all the new toys was so heartwarming. You could really tell the kids were excited. \r\n\r\nWhen I came into the classroom this center had very few items to use in the kitchen portion of the Dramatic Play Center. I had a few plates and a little bit of food. With your generosity the students now have a ton of food to use as well as many small appliances such as a coffee maker, mixer and blender. The students love to use them. Just by having these few extra things I see so much more engagement in how my students are playing. \r\n\r\nThe students have also loved the cash register and costumes. I love seeing the students use their imagination and become a different character. My boys love the construction vests the best and the girls have been loving the doctor and nurse costumes.
