I am in desperate need of toys for my non speaking students. I am currently a teacher in a general education classroom with fully included non-speaking children on the spectrum. I am working with teaching them sign language. The toys I am requesting will reinforce the use of signs and also encourage excited utterances.

I am asking for hammer toys which bring about a reaction when hit with hammer such as balls or shape moving. I also requested a toy tunnel for cars and balls to travel down. My project consists of many toys that cause a specific action based on input which will encourage a verbal response. Many of these toys also strengthen my students fine motor as well as cause and effect.
